Formerly two separate restaurants, “Cook to Order Deli and Catering” and “South Main Bistro,” Cook to Order (or CTO) is now under new ownership.
Cook To Order is a BYOB restaurant and deli, open 6 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch on Mondays, and breakfast, lunch and dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays. Our diverse menu choices are sure to please all tastes, and we are always willing to “cook to order!” You’ll find new and traditional American dishes along side British and Italian meals, steaks, seafood, burgers, pizza, and sandwiches, as well as a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
Chef/Owner, Brendan Stokes, earned his culinary degree in Yorkshire, England. He has worked all over England, including some of the busiest restaurants in and around London. He was the executive chef at South Main Bistro and Cook to Order Deli and Catering.
Brendan has been the executive chef at prestigious hotels and restaurants in both England and Spain. Brendan has won several awards, including “Restaurant of the Year,” “Pub of the Year,” and “Family Restaurant of the Year.”
Brendan says, “There’s no need to mess with the classics, I’m a fan of presenting exceptional food with traditional techniques in a fashion that respects the diner.”
